Hey Girl! Welcome to Get L.I.T. TEENS!

This is a safe place & learning environment for young ladies like you, who self-identify as black and brown girls from urban communities, that desire to discover your identity & self-love that fosters healthy relationships with others. Our mission is to provide transformational resources through empowerment products, mentorship, coaching, and even therapy. We intentionally offer services that cover things you battle with everyday, including but not limited to self-esteem, bullying, identity, confidence, drama with friends, family issues, and more. We invite you to browse our site, connect with us on social media, subscribe to our podcast, and join us for our virtual meetups. We also invite you to contact us to learn how you can become involved with Get L.I.T. Teens as an ambassador, blog contributor, or group leader. We are building this community TOGETHER and want you here with us! 

If you need someone to talk to and help sorting through the hard stuff, speak with your parents about connecting with one of our coaches, mentors, or therapists. It is time for you to learn, heal, and get L.I.T.!

Hi! I am Evelyn Joy Coker, Founder of Get L.I.T. Teens and I am so glad that you are here! I am an Author, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Life Coach from Chicago, Illinois. I have gone through some tough life situations growing up on the south side of Chicago and my purpose is to create a space where teens like you, black and brown young ladies in urban communities feel safe to learn, heal, and become.
